• Case Study: Loft Conversion, Rayners Lane

Our client is a building surveyor who did his own drawings and knew every square inch of his design. No pressure then for us! This hip to gable loft conversion also involved the enlarging of the existing first floor family bathroom and the removal of chimney breasts.

The family were able to move out, meaning a lot of this work could be carried out at the same time. To both bathrooms we installed underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms was installed in a “wet room” style with level floor and bespoke glasswork.

Other works were added and by the time we’d left there was a new garage roof and door, and some bespoke glass ballustrading which allowed the original stained glass window to be kept. We trust the client is happy as he has since recommended us to his own clients.
