London Building Renovation win the LABC Building Excellence award 2019

London Building Renovation won the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Building Excellence award in 2019, for Best Local Builder / Traditional Craftsperson. This award was in competition for the other builders in the whole of the London/South East Area. Having won this award in May, we are now finalists for the Best Local Builder / Traditional Craftsperson for the whole of the UK in November 2019.

LBR were nominated by Harrow LABC for the award in 2019, following our nomination in 2017 for Best Extension or Alteration to an existing home, where we were finalists.

LBR have gone from strength to strength and clearly being endorsed and nominated by Harrow Building Control twice in the past few years, is a wonderful achievement on our part.

The LABC recognise London Building Renovation’s excellence in producing award winning building work, our attention to detail and our ability to produce something both beautiful and structurally correct. Clearly we work largely on period properties, so it is essential for us to excel in the traditional skills that these buildings require to make them look aesthetically beautiful and enhance their period detailing. We have trained our workforce to produce award winning work consistently and we will continue to do so.
