You want us to give you a estimate for your project?!

This are the steps you need to take:

1. Send us a copy of your plans and engineer’s drawings. If you have a digital version, you can email them to us at info@londonbr.co.uk. If you don’t have plans please see below.
2. Call us to arrange a meeting with our estimator, who will visit your project.

If you want an estimate for your project, but don’t have any plans… this is what we can offer you:

• A free 20 minute consultation over the phone, with our estimator.
• A two hour design meeting at the project address (we charge £140 for the first hour and £75 per hour, for every hour after).
• We can then recommend an architect and a structure engineer for your project.

You need to allow for between £2,000 – £3,000 for:

1. Architect’s drawings for planning
2. Structural Engineer’s calculations and drawings
3. Building Control Notice (not full plan’s application)
