We guarantee that all of our products will keep their shape, strength, colour and resistance from salty atmospheres in coastal areas for 10 years.
Also that all doors and windows will not split, rot or warp, and the finish will not peel or crack for 10 years.
We guarantee the performance and quality of all sealed glass units, gaskets and hardware (allowing for fair wear and tear) for 5 years.
We guarantee the finish and working of all door and window fittings, fixings and furniture for 12 months.
Should any fault appear due to defective workmanship the Company will repair or replace the faulty product free of charge for 12 months.This Guarantee is subject to the customer complying with cleaning instructions below and our Terms & Conditions
Your Howdens Joinery Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with our kitchen or bathroom cabinetry as a result of a defect in the manufacturing process or raw materials, we will happily, promptly and without charge, replace any cabinet (excluding frontals) for a period of within 25 years from the date of the installation in the UK and any frontal* for a period of within 5 years from the date of its installation in the UK. In circumstances where you have a Howdens’ branded kitchen and need to make a claim under this guarantee, please contact your local depot who will be able to help you through the process.
Howdens Appliance Service In the unlikely event of a problem affecting the functioning of any of our appliances branded ‘Lamona’ or containing a rating plate stating ‘HDA’, that is the result of a defect in the manufacturing process or raw materials, we will happily, promptly and without charge, arrange for the replacement or repair of the faulty appliance. This guarantee commences at the date of purchase from Howdens in the UK and lasts for a period of 2 years for any defect (as described above) with the appliances and for a period of 5 years for any defective door glass fitted in a Lamona oven.

The aluminium guttering is roll formed on site up to 30 metres in length with no joints. No joints means no leaks, creating a neat, maintenance free product of the highest quality that add extra visual appeal with the additional piece of mind a premium product has been fitted.
