Case Study: Victoria Terrace

We renewed this roof as part of a larger refurbishment project using the Del Carmen slate.

Planning application and Building Control were handled through the Competent Roofer scheme and we partially re-pointed the gable and the chimney in lime.  Here, a conservation roof window has been fitted with the distinctive bar down the middle; this was to replace an existing window.
